Ridings Holdings Limited is the parent company of
a co-investment group which has worked through its
subsidiaries and partner organisations throughout the region in providing finance
and support for early-stage technology companies.

Meet the Team
|
Andrew Burton:
 |
Andrew is a highly experienced investor in, and adviser to early-stage, technology-based businesses. For the last five years he has been Managing Director of the £5.0m Viking Fund which, together with members of the Viking Club, is regarded as Yorkshire's prime provider of equity to early-stage, technology companies.
He has worked very closely with the Yorkshire Association of Business Angels (YABA) since the mid1990s, having been Secretary for eight years. He managed UniVentures International before heading a management buyout that led to the formation of Inkopo Limited, one of Yorkshire’s specialist technology consulting firms. A mechanical engineer by background, he enjoyed several years in technical and international sales, before starting his own electronics business at the age of 26 and taking it from start up to trade sale.
Andrew sits on the boards of several technology companies and Yorkshire Universities Proof of Commercial Concept Fund, and is a former board member of the national incubation body UKBI. |

Peter Pridham:
 |
Peter is an accomplished Company Director with over 25 years of management experience in SMEs and corporate governance , involving three partnerships and four boards of directors. He has extensive experience of business start-ups, corporate finance, investment, business funding, mergers and acquisitions, management systems, new product ideas generation and applications engineering.
Peter raised over £7.0m in 18 months for individual businesses including start-ups whilst MD of The Entrepreneurs Club (Cheshire) with Hart Shaw. He has a proven track record of success in conducting negotiations with lenders and financial institutions and broad-based experience including full P&L responsibility in the manufacturing, distribution, service and retail sectors.
Peter is a Managing Partner of NSConsulting which undertakes commercial consultancy assignments for private clients in UK including raising funds for business principals . He is currently engaged as a non-executive director of companies in the North of England and carries out capital raising for selected SME's throughout the UK. |
